Exceptions
Returns and exchanges are not available on personalised items, including customised cricket bats, gloves, kits, or any other personalised products.

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimated and not guaranteed, as availability may vary for certain items. After placing your order, it will undergo internal fraud prevention and stock verification checks before confirmation.
Once these checks are successfully completed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, confirming that your order has been sent to our warehouse team for picking, packing, and dispatch.
When your order is ready to leave our warehouse, a Dispatch Confirmation email will be sent to you, including a tracking link so you can follow your delivery right to your doorstep.
Please allow 12–24 hours for tracking details to become active after your parcel has been collected by the carrier and entered into their main sorting hub.
