Our cricket bats are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for three months from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase required to support any claim. As willow and cane are natural materials, normal wear, mistimed shots, yorkers, poor-quality balls, and general use are not covered. Damage to the edges, toe, or shoulders, deliberate misuse, water damage, or use on a bowling machine are also excluded.

We aim to provide prompt repair services for minor issues to prolong the life of your bat. If a bat is deemed beyond repair, we may offer a free or discounted replacement depending on its condition and usage. Refunds are not provided once a bat has been used. Customers are encouraged to report damage promptly, as unattended issues may worsen.
