Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy – AB Cricket

At AB Cricket, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on most items, starting from the date you receive your order. During the Christmas and New Year period, this timeframe may be extended at our discretion.

General Returns

All returned items must:

Be unused and in original condition

Be returned in their original packaging

Include the original invoice or proof of purchase

If items are returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition, AB Cricket reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you believe an item is faulty or damaged, please return it to us for inspection. Each item will be carefully assessed and, where appropriate, we may consult the manufacturer.

We cannot accept fault claims where damage is caused by:

Accidental damage

Misuse or neglect

Normal wear and tear

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund. Return postage costs will be reimbursed up to a maximum of £15.00, provided a valid postage receipt is supplied. We recommend using tracked or recorded delivery when returning items.

Incorrect Size, Colour or Change of Mind

If you have ordered the wrong size or colour, or wish to return an item for any reason other than it being faulty or damaged, you must do so within 14 days of delivery.

If you require an exchange, please place a new order for the correct item online.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a refund for the returned item (excluding postage).

All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Return postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions

The following items are excluded from refund or exchange:

Items ordered specifically at the customer’s request and not normally held in stock

Custom-made cricket bats or any other custom-made items

Knocked-in cricket bats are non-refundable, however they may be exchanged provided they are returned unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
